Currently i am able to create data source using rest api, but i want to create domain using rest api. I just want to confirm, is it possible ? And if so please share additional details.

As we are able to create WebService Data source, But we are facing issue while creating a domain , in resource tab it is showing empty array with continuiosly showing loading icon. Can anyone suggest the possible solution.
