I looked at the guide and it says I need to do incremental upgrades to 7.1.x, 8.2 and then 9.0. I see that the community editions for these versions are no longer available. How would I upgrade to a more current version otherwise?

Looks like I installed v6.3 community edition on Windows back in the day and I never got around to doing any updates. Is it a simple process to upgrade to the current version?
