  1. Are there any guidelines for what can be expected from each EC2 instance type option in terms of what size / type / performance SLAs of a user community they would support? I know this is a broad question, but it's hard to gauge whether our 50 consumer / 10 analyst / 3 power user / 2 developer community could reasonably fit on a m3.large? Are there any rules of thumb in this regard? Also it's understood we could turn off the instance when not needed to save money (off hours), but are there any considerations for having a dev/test/prod env? I would expect we'd need an instance for each, then turn on/off as needed. I'm trying to come up with cost estimates to have a full system in place for usage by X/Y/Z users of each typical BI role, so having a guide to do this would be excellent. Anyone else done this?
