I have a customer where their Jaspersoft server is installed on a VM. The VM OS has crashed and is inaccessible as a windows server. The Server management team can access files using VMware utilities. Is there a method of retrieving the site defined reports from the files. I have inherited this customer from a colleague that has left. I think that the installed version is 7.1 or 7.11 Regards Eugene Pretorius
