JasperServer sends both error emails and correct emails

Hello Jasper Team, Please help me. Our License is Commercial. We need to support our customer urgently. -
I configured schedulers for my reports on Jasper Server but It sends both error emails and correct emails with attachment as below. The red is the error emails. The blue is the correct one. Please kindly tell me what problem and solution for it?
