[Report Templates not available in New Report Wizard window]

On basis of my personal experience i want to tell you that. It is quite tough and irretating to use jasper on linux as there are continous fluctuation on the

screen and if you are wirking on crosstab then condition become more complex so according to me switch to windows.

[Please help me with the Input Control type: 'Multi-select Query' i.e how to use it]

I am creating a report in which i have created a parameter whose input control type is 'Multi-select Query'  and the query for that parameter is giving string type data thus i have specified its type as java.lang.String but it is not working and when i am specifying it as java.util.Collection it is giving error

Report design not valid :

1. Parameter type not supported in query : StatusNamePromptM class java.util.Collection

[Scriptlet for jasper report stdio 6.2.0 for by default setting current month as default month in month parameter]

I am working on jasper report and i want to know that is there any script-let which can by default set current month as the default month in the month parameter while previewing the report. Thanks in advance
