Jaspersoft Studio.exe remains when the UI is not running - the eventually the process consumes almost 1G of memory and causes my entire machine to hang...I am not able to kill/end the process from Task Manager and must hard reboot with the power off button...unfortunately this is becoming a regular occurrence and results is corruption or lost data in other applications... this is a HUGE problem for me so any suggestions are appreciated Allison

I have a Jaspersoft Studio Oracle JDBC data adapter defined however I come into the database as a public user - I would like to specify the default schema to be used for queries (i.e. alter session set current_schema = {schema}) however I've not found out how/where/if that is possible suggestions or ideas? my options to do anything outside of Jaspersoft studio (i.e in the db itself) with regards to this user are limited at best

I am developing reports using JasperSoft Studio (with an Oracle DB backend) - we have several application services that are being developed to return spatially derived data (such as state/county) based on the data being reported from the DB - the spatially derived data will need to be pulled to the report as well - has anyone done this and if so, can you help direct me on how? I am pulling back a CLOB from an Oracle table and the data may or may not contain HTML which in turn, may or may not contain and embedded image - I have not found a way to successfully render the text (plus image) using Jaspersoft Studio - I can get the text back in HTML markup without issue but have not had any luck getting both text and included image I"ve seen several other postings on this but no answers...hoping someone out there has solved this issue Allison Leech
