Hi, I'm using jasper server 6.2.0. Scheduler is not working properly. The problem is its executing twice. I'm explaing here the problem in detail. Suppose,i've publised a report 'XYZ' on the server and i scheduled it to execute and provide an excel attachment in mail, daily on a particular time of the day. Its running on the same time as i scheduled but i'm getting 2 mails for the report instead of 1.I've made some changes but nothing worked out. what i've observed till now is, the scheduler is also running for content resource, for example it executed once and i get a mail and after 5 min content resource generates on the server, and the time it generates i get another mail with attachment,like a totally similar report, again for the same. Please help ASAP. Thanks, Sapna Singh.

Hi, I've created a report, in which there is sum of respective columns are there in the column footer. While preview of the report ,from designer, is absolutely the way i wanted.But once i publish it on the server and schedule the report in excel format, the output is not showing data of column footer. Hi, I am using Jaspersoft for AWS ( Hourly) seeking for help regarding users,roles and permission.There was a requirement to create a user and assign it a role so that only one report should visible to the user .i created a user and Role_user automatically assigned to it so i made some changes in the settings of the Role_user so that only one report is visible. And now its giving this error message "java.lang.RuntimeException: org.springframework.security.access.AccessDeniedException: Access is denied" and no user can access any report. I don't have default settings of Role_user. Kindly help ASAP. Thanks with Regards, Sapna Singh

I have created a report in which bar-charts is not showing the categories properly i means there should be different dates,i've provided in category, in x-axis but its not showing anything . I have designed some other reports too following the same process and everything is perfect in those but i am not understanding what's the problem with particular report. Except bar-chart every data is appearing correctly. It's urgent please reply ASAP.
