[how to connect to jasperserver repository database]

I need to import some pdf files into jasper server, for this i need to access JICONTENTRESOURCE table of repository database.

But I could not find a way to locate my repository's database (default POSTGRESQL). Can any one explain how to connect to jasperserver repository database using SQL developer/ or any other tool. thanks in advance.

1.create a parameter(say multi_select) as a string in the studio 

2. create a parameter(multi_select same name) in the repository ie. in the server under input control which is a  normal "select  query"  

3. while publishing the report link the local parameter to the server parameter which should be of SAME NAME

yes santosh it works as a scheduled report for every month (if you have selected month option as every month else for selcted months) on 10th.

u can click the summary band on the left side for that particular report and click create if it is already enabled then check in the properties and increase the height of the summary band

@elizam even after enabling PHANTOMJS, only blank charts are getting exported when they are triggered from scheduler jobs from jasper etl.. kindly help me out in fixing this issue with some other approach or fix.

Hi I am using scheduler using JASPER ETL to run a report on jasperreport server 6.3 , after the scheduling is done. i observed that tabular data is getting exported but the html5 charts are not exported. Kinldy let me know how to fix this issue.

 

I have changed the net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.ignore.graphics property to false .

 

[HTML5 report scheduled not displaying chart]

Hi I am using tjasperserverexec plugin for TALEND ETL to schedule my reports. It is working fine with normal tables BUT NOT WORKING for html5 charts. Blank reports are generated in pdf.

 

Note : Both normal table based and  html5 reports are parameterized.

I am using AWS +jASPER BI reporting (professional) but, i am not able to authenticate my jasper server though i am able to authenticate and access local jasper server.

[Scheduler setup for dashboard with multiple parameters set]

I have created a dashboard and scheduled successfully. Scheduler needs two parameters, I can successfully pass these two BUT the problem is the parameters which are to be passed are coming from a query.

so lets say for parameter1(8 distinct values) and paramter2 (5 distinct values for each parameter1 distinct value). I want distinct 40 dashboards for each entity to be sent as part of scheduler. Is there any workaround for this, or does jasper has this functionality? I need this urgently.. 

[Dashboard Export not working in jasperReport server 6.3]

I tried to export the dashboard but it started throwing warning like below 

"Dashboard renderer not found or failed to start. Please contact your system administrator."

Any idea how to fix this error??

I am using aws+jasper reporting hence usnig a new version jasperreport server 6.3! But surprisingly i dont see create schedule button either for reports or for dashboards? Is it a glitch or bug??
