Hi, I have used 'Print when expression' on page header & footer so that it gets displayed for specific pages only. This is working fine. However, the pages where these are hidden show some white space (basically the pixel height defined for header/footer). Can anyone please help how to get rid of these white spaces from the pages where the header bands are disabled? Thanks in advance for our help. BR, Manisha

Yes, i need it. It's query cant be clubbed with the main query. Hence, i need to go for a sub report. How i can limit the number of rows? or any other way to restrict the data content in subreport?

Hi, In my main report, in detail band, I have a subreport and a text field placed vertically next to one another. I have fixed the text field height and unmarked the stretch with overflow option. Because, i want the data to be fit in container and it is fine even if it truncates some data. I want the same thing to be hapened with sub report. I don't want it to get stretched by data. But if that sub report has huge data, it's getting stretched and all data is displayed. How can I limit the size that no matter what the subreport data is, it won't take more than the defined band height ????? or any other options to solve my problem ? Thanks, Manisha

Hi, I am new to Jaspersoft studio. I created one report using JDBC connection and in query, i used the parameter 'Project_id'. Now, while running the report, i want this input control to display all project ids so that user can choose from one of them. Hence, in repository explorer, when right clicked on 'project_id' parameter under my report node, i selected the single select query under input control tab and defined the query. However, while running the report, the input control box is still the same, it's not displaying the values. Please help me on this. It's urgent. Thanks in advance.
