  1. Joern, To my knowledge you can have single select query, multi select query options only in input controls using jasper server. Jasperstudio does not give this facility.
  2. I have a parameter which I want to populate using sql query i.e. Single Select-Query Input Control. It works fine, when I publish my report, with simple parameter acct_id, and and replace the input control on Jasper Sever as acct_id with Single Select Query. But the problem comes when I edit the same report and upload it again, the Single Select Query Input Control is replaced by the simple parameter from my report. And I have to again, override the parameter as a Single Select Query Input Control. And I am using the input control for multiple reports it is LOTS of useless replication and redundency doing the same time 5-6 times over. Any solutions to this problem? I have not been able to find the answer in the Answers on this website yet.
  3. I have only tested Jasper reports with basic PHP template scripts, and it worked for me. They might help you too: http://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/php-client-sample-code
  4. Here is the answer I got for you from google: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1675272/jasper-reports-add-one-day-to-a-date-parameter
  5. Manually Start/Stop Jasper Server on Linux: You typically start and stop JasperReports Server at the Linux command line. Run the following commands in a Linux shell. If you have installed as root user then <js-install> = /opt/jasperreports-server-cp-6.2.0 Start JasperReports Server: cd <js-install> ./ctlscript.sh start Stop JasperReports Server: cd <js-install> ./ctlscript.sh stop Source: JasperReports-Server-CP-Install-Guide.pdf
  6. I am having the same issue, but my data is coming from db table instead of json. Check if this might give u a hint: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/33819990/get-list-of-values-lov-from-sql-query-in-jasperreport/33828226#33828226
  7. I am having the same issue. Can someone respond with a solution?
