How do I get Japserstarter to run report on my Jasper server? I can get it to run local reports, but I need to run report on my server. Any ideas?

I am using Jasper ETL to mass send out reports. I need to dynamically password protect each report user specific. Is there a function to do this? I also need to know how to use the Jasper scheduler to do the same as well.
