  1. Recently we moved from an Oracle Database to HANA. Reports are now going against HANA. Reports are intermitantly and inconsistenly failing. Since they actually do run sometimes, there queries are correct. These are NOT new reports Anyone know how to best troubleshoot or how to track why they are failing on the SERVER. Against Oracle we did not have this issue so I am *assuming* it is something with connections or timeouts with HANA. SERVER information: Product Version: 6.3.0 Build: 20160629_1853 messages: Error filling report Arguments: at com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.jasperreports.service.impl.EngineServiceImpl$FillResultListener.reportFillError(EngineServiceImpl.java:1345) at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.BaseFillHandle.notifyError(BaseFillHandle.java:216) at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.BaseFillHandle$ReportFill.run(BaseFillHandle.java:138) at com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.jasperreports.service.impl.EngineServiceImpl$SynchronousExecutor.execute(EngineServiceImpl.java:924) at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.BaseFillHandle.startFill(BaseFillHandle.java:169) at At wits end trying to troubleshoot something that is not consistent. Thanks, Ann
  2. HI - in an older version of the community version of jasperserver we were able to have a 'friendly' public url for our users to access the server. the js.config file under the tomcat directory does not seem to be updating the URLS. I have stopped/started the server. I have also installed the latest community version in hopes to make it work on my local computer. We have an 'old' server which needs to be decommissioned so I need to move the reports/report server to a new VM. I'd like to maintain a friendly URL instead of the machine name. Any ADVICE??? Server URL: http://localhost:8080/jasperserverPublicURL: http://computername.companyname.net:8080/jasperserverFriend Cname URL: http://YourReports.companyname.net
  3. Need assistance on a VirtualDriver connection. I have sucessfully connected to our hybris db using Squirrel, i-reports 5.6, TIBCO Jasperstudio and the 5.2 version of Jasper Server. I need to upgrade our server edition to export reports to our file server. I am unable to have the new version add my de.hybris.vjdbc.VirtualDriver jar file. How can I use the data adapter I set up in the jasper studio on the server? or how to get the server to recognize my driver??? Thanks! Ann
