We want to integrate a jasper report generation in other script based processes. Therefore we are looking for a way to start report generation on jasper server using cron rather than a separate scheduler. Is that possible? Perhaps someone could put some light on how the scheduler works. Does it insert the scheduled jobs in the database? If so, which tables are concerned? thanks for any hints, regards rolf
