Bug seen in Jasper 6.1 Studio where as working fine in Jasper 6.0 Studio we are using a conditional paramter to include in the query After passing the paramter from jasper studio 6.1 , the paramter is not included in the query however after coming back to designer mode and then running the repor the paramter is included in the query. When the same report is run in jasper 6.0 the report is working fine. let us know if additional settings or jar file has to be configured to make this dynamic query / conditional query execute as expected Regards Rao

Please let me know if we can have both System cursor and Output parameter in a stored procedure. Also let me know if we can have two System Cursors or two resultsets in a Stored Procedure ? Stored procedure is returning values when there is a System Cursor however when we are including output parameter , System Cursor is returning value but Output parameter is retrurning null value.

I understand that all the jrxml files are stored in JIFileResource table. However I am not able to update the data coloumn of JIFileResource table where I have to replace one url with other url of data column. Please let me know as how jrxml files can be modifed or updated without using studio/ireport.

I have created two dashbboards. Dashboard A and Dashboard B. I have a hyperlink expression from Dashboard A so I have used hyperlink component and hardcoded the url of dashboard B . Hyperlink is working fine but i am not able to pass the parameter from Dashboar A to Dashboard B. Also please let me know to dynamically change the hardcoded url to the envirnonment where it is deployed.

Both the dashboards are in jasper server. Yes I have a link in dashboard #1 when user clicks on that ,then dashboard #2 should open along with the same parameter values being set in dashboard #1. Currently When user navigates from dashboard #1 to dashboard #2 , I am unable to set the parameters in input controls . Both the dashboards have the same set of parameters/input controls.

I have two dashboards with same set of parameters. so while navigating from one dashboard to another dashboard i want the parameters selected by the user to be pre selected when the user navigates to second dashboard. I am using jasper 6.0.1 version.

Thanks a lot for the Response. I wanted to know the option available in jasper tool for cache settings so that query will not use data source everytime or it has to be handled in database only.

Different BI Tool has different memory settings to improve the performance. Please let me know the cache settings so that the query requested by the user first hits the cache rather than hitting the database.
