Netezza / Postgres SP Calls

Hi, is it possible to call either a Netezza Stored Procedure or PostgresSQL function from the ETL tool? I want to run based on a file in a location. If the file is there then run this SP. On either of the platforms? I can see one for MSSQL but not for what I need. Is this possible? Thanks
