JASPERSERVER 404 Error on Windows 8.1

Hi, I'm trying to run JasperServer on windows 8.1 but I got the following error. I checked whether Tomcat Server works. Tomcat is running. Could you help me about this problem ? Thanks... HTTP Status 404 - /jasperserver-protype Status report message /jasperserver-pro description The requested resource is not available. Apache Tomcat/7.0.42
