Simple way is create a second Detail Band: Set top border to fields on the first band and remove top and bottom borders from fields on the second band.Add variable with Count calculation and Group reset type.Add Print When Expression condition to bands: the first band is printed when the variable == 1 and the second one is printed when variable > 1Also You can create Summary band to print bottom line of the report.

How to change default font in Expression Editor dialog? I want to use a monospaced font. I tried to use Preferences->General->Appearance->Colors and Fonts settings, but it works everywhere except this dialog.
