I am using a web browser (chrome). However, opening it in incognito has the same result. It seems like the library is missing in every theme. It's a linux install, and I used the "bin" tar to install. Everything else seems fine though.

I installed the latest version 6.4, and all my input controls are no longer working properly. The page is seeing 404's because jquery is missing, and like the datepicker is missing all its styling.
