Pie chart in dash board is not loaded untill we clik the refresh button of pie chart.This Issue is happen only in mozilla & IE browsers. What is causes for this issue?

I am using jasper server 5.5 . In debugger i found some warning like 'junk after document element reportresource:6:1 Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead.'. Please any have this type of issue? Help me to resolve this.

is it possible to import organization from jasper server 4.5 to 5.2 through UI?

what is the difference between js-import & js-upgrade? can we use js-import to import one organization from jasper server 4.5 to jasper server 5.2?

i have two seperate instances 4.5 and 5.2.which command i have to use to get the organization in new version of jasper server. Thanks Prashanth
