how to print details band if condition is true

i have two details band and i want to print the second one if my parameter equal 0 what code i should write in ( Print When Expression )

I am using one textfield in the detail band and set stretch with overflow true ,my requirement is to increase the detail band height dynamically when the text field has more data , i set split Type to Stretch but there is no change the band doesn't show all the data

i have main report it which contains subreport ,i trying to pass query , like - select * from table where id in (1,2,3) - or is there any other solution to use one parameter to get multi row from sql table

i Build the report in -TIBCO Jaspersoft Studio- and test it it run without any problem but when i try to run it from netbeans nothing happened , i did all the necessary connection and the code , the code work with Leaf_Green,Flower and Similar template
