Dear all, I have created a adhoc report out of a crosstab adhoc view. As the adhoc report is generated automatically, it contains one column to show the value of several fields: The value is determined by the name of the field currently in use. As I want to hide the total sum of only one of the columns (measures), I am searching for a way to control the conditional formatting applied to the cell to set the font color to white in order to hide it. Is this possible with the described approach or do you know a better option? Any help is highly welcome :) Thanks and regards Georg

I guess this is related to the version 3.2.4 of FusionCharts which is used by Jaspersoft. I have tried with version 3.5.1 and it worked fine :) What is also strange is that when looking at the rendered HTML, you still can see the reference to the Gantt.swf, even though the renderer is set to javascript.

Mainly, my question is about the version the patch is/will be shipped.

I just tried with Community Edition 6.0.3 and got the same error. @mrabbi: Which version should fix this bug? Oddly, it works in 5.6.1, but there, I have another problem already reported before: http://community.jaspersoft.com/questions/841321/have-restart-jaspersoft-studio-if-customized-jasper-function-library-get-changed Where are the function referenced cached in the workspace? I even created a new library project with a sample report, but it somehow used different versions of another library project. The solution according to another post is to register the new functions, but the example functions should be already available in 6.0.3 as they are in 5.6.1: https://community.jaspersoft.com/questions/848371/custom-functions As I already have lost a lot of time with trial and error, I really hope for some hints :)

It just also worked by just restarting the Studio, without even creating a new project. It only did not work after the first use of the function in an expression.

With Jaspersoft Studio 6.0.1, I get a NullPointerException when compiling a report containing only a Gantt chart widget. With JasperReports Server 6.0.0 and Jaspersoft Studio, the upload of an image from Studio to the Server is not working anymore. This worked in 5.6.1. To reproduce: 1. With JasperReports Server 6.0.0, after adding a German locale bundle to my domain, I cannot create a ad hoc report from it anymore because I get the following exception: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name <my_domain>, locale en_US I can only resolve the problem by removing all bundles again. What is strange to me is that I have removed the locale en_US from my browser's languages. Even adding the default bundle (without locale) did not help. I understood from the documentation that the server should use the lables from the domain in case there is no bundle available? Thanks in advance for any help! With JasperReports Server 5.6.1, I had been using a caluclated field on my Oracle datasource with following expression: to_char(some_date_field, 'MM') With JasperReports Server 6.0.0, I only see empty cells in the (cross)/table. Using a calculated field which simply returns the date field is working, as well as using the expression on the Oracle database directly. Anyone has a hint on what could be the problem here?

In the past, I had been using file names for PNG files (e.g. my-file.png) in the Jaspersoft Studio 5.6.1 and JasperReports Server 5.6.1. With Jaspersoft Studio 6.0.0 and JasperReports Server 6.0.0, I have no problems using the files in the Studio, but after publishing, I get following error message after loading the report: Repository file resource /reports/MyReports/my-file.png could not be loaded. After removing the dash, everything works fine. Any help is highly appreciated!

In Jaspersoft Studio 5.6.1, I had been using the Built-in function TODAY and DATEFORMAT (Date & Time) in an expression: DATEFORMAT(TODAY(),"MMMM yyyy") In Jaspersoft Studio 6.0.0, this is not working anymore. I have the same problem with 5.6.1 and restarting the Studio does not help: Neither the sample functions and additional function created by myself are available. Only after some time, changes at the sample functions appear in the sample report. But my own functions never appear.

The project is not dead: The last commit was done on November 27th and the developers are responding to email.
