I tried installing iReport (used in creating a Jasper Report for Open MRS) in Ubuntu 14. But after executing a couple of commands to install it, the successfully installed iReport doesn't appear. What should I do?

Hi. We're currently working on Open MRS and a tool that can generate reports for users. We added the Jasper Report module and as mentioned in its documentation, iReports is used to create a Jasper Report. Now, we can't install the latest version of the iReport. Is it possible to have the Jasper Report as an alternative to iReport? Although I haven't found a documentation of a JasperReport server in OpenMRS.
