One more informatino is that the user who is facing this issue uses windows 7 Pro 64 Bit Version.

Hi I can understand your answer but not really sure how to know the SUB_REPORT name from my main report. :(

It's a field in a sub_report. I'm not quite confident how to get the name of the sub report. I mean to say the main report and the related to above error has been incorporated into an another sub-report which I dont know how to get the name and check what is the default value? Could you pls let me any clue? Bcoz the sub report was developed by another developer.

We're facing an issue with Jasper where by it happens only for few users not for all.  this is related to accessing an logo image that has been placed on a jasper report. Please find the error details below.

Could anyone please give me an idea on how to trace with this case ?

 

ERROR          : java.lang.Exception: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Unable to get value for field 'REPORT_IMAGE' of class 'java.awt.Image'
