[Remove sort icon]

Hi every one!

How to control visibility of sort icon/char in table element of report? It became visible, if there is sort field on corresponding dataset field. It looks horrible.

There is version 6.0.3 on site? On Sourceforge distributive (jasperreports-6.0.3-project.zip) not contain jasperreports-functions, as well as jasperreports-functions still not in Maven Central. 

Dear releasers, what happened with release process?

Have the same problem - merge cells by rows for same values. Maybe it is a good idea to have some grouping/merging function for column in table component.
