if you are working with groups, there is a group property called 'start on a new page'. I haven't try it, but put an expression on it maybe work.

you can use two TextFields side by side in the detail band. The first with the value = "Box $V{REPORT_COUNT} of ", the property 'Evaluation Time' = now and horizontal alignment = "right" . And the second one with the value = "$V{REPORT_COUNT}", the property 'Evaluation Time' = Report and horizontal alignment = "left".
