  2. Hello, good morning! First off, thanks for taking your time to answer me! I am pretty new in Jasper Report Server + Jasper Report Studio. As par of the implementation we are trying to deploy to our customer, we need to create maps like the ones shown here http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/jD18L_CS0dQ/maxresdefault.jpg We are deploying a healthcare solution, where we would like to show in a regional map of a southamerican country, the number of incidents per region/department/state, and also use a scale color (for instance Red, yellow, green) showing how critical the problem is. Could you please give me some hits how could i start digging into this topic? In Jasper report studio I do see the Google Maps widget, but i have no idea how to accomplish the need i have which look pretty obvious for Jasper, as it is shown in many of the dashboards used as demo.... BY THE WAY, WE ARE USING AWS REPORT SERVER. SO IT IS THE COMMERCIAL VERSION Thanks thanks thanks in advance!!! Aritz R.
  3. any user i delete, the server stops working. Can you please give it a try, install Jasper in an AWS instance and delete some users? Thanks!

Please contact your system administrator. Details: An exception occurred processing JSP page /WEB-INF/decorators/../jsp/modules/common/jrsConfigs.jsp at line 39 36: localContext: {}, 37: isIPad: "", 38: contextPath: "", 39: publicFolderUri: "", 40: organizationId: "", 41: commonReportGeneratorsMetadata: ${not empty reportGenerators ? reportGenerators : '[]'}, 42: templatesFolderUri: '', Stacktrace: when trying to access: http://xx.xx.xx.xx/jasperserver-pro/login.html I had to terminate de instance and loose all my work twice..... what am i doing wrong? Am i not supposed to be able to delele te demo users the application is coming with? Thanks in advance!
  5. Good evening, I just installed Jasper, I had also the database in RDS (MYSQL) created, and I had not way to connect both instances to work together. I have no idea what I did wrong, .... @Ogavaka, when you say "By your error i can say - your database is inside of VPC.", I assume I can create a RDS MYSQL DB outside the VPC.... but how? I am deploying the application in AWS Sao Paulo..... I tried the second option installing Jasper through the console.... not luck... DO you have some troubleshooting guide for this issue? I do not get to make it work....
  6. Hello Kamalini, did you ever got solution for that? Actually I am planning to use Jasper AWS, but I am not sure how to create district and area maps in order to show on a map business information. Do you have any tutorial or idea that might help me? Thanks!
