I am not using subreport(from palette) in my master. I have created separate report for details and added parameter in query which is coming from master report. I need to open separate report on click of hyperlink, not a subreport.

Hello everyone, I am new to iReport nad java too. I need to show a master report which have city code and their details. I need to show city code column as a hyperlink. When I click on any city code, lets say 'AB', I want to open a report as subreport2.html which will accept city code as a parameter from querystring like --- $P{SUBREPORT_DIR} + "subreport2.html?city_code="+$F{district_code} I have created master report and subreport2.html separately(not added from palette in master report) I have written query for subreport like----- select * from city_details where city_code=$P{city_code} My question is when I open master report in browser and click on city code it is opening subreport2.html but my resultset is not correct according to where clause. So how to accept this parameter from querystring???

Hello, I am new to iReport. I am using version 5.5. When I try to attach query with Table from palette, which will have only 10 records, it is showing 20 records. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks :)
