Hi all, I wanted to create a new organization in jasperreports Server. So I created one but now when I am logging in, it is asking for a organization, userid and pwd. Now I can't remember the id of the default organization so I can not login to the default organization. what should be written inside organization so I can log in to the default organization? Please help me out It's very urgent, all my reports are in default organization now i can't access them. I have attached a snap of the problem. please check it out and provide me the default organization id or tell me how to do it . It's very urgent and I am freaking out. Thanks in advance...

Hi All, I am new in Jaspersoft, I had taken the backup of my whole repository in a zip file. Now I want to import that backup zip file in a different machine where jaspersoft is newly installed. While doing that CMD is throwing error that CMD can't open the zip file. I am using [js-import --input-zip file.zip] command in CMD but it is not extracting the zip file. I have attached a snapshot of the errors given. Please help me out I need to import that zip file it's very very urgent. Thanks in advance....

Hi All, I am having problem when I am trying to change the series color of a chart which I have created in JasperReports Server. I have configured domain,then I created the Ad-Hoc View after that I created the chart.Is there any way to enable the pallete option in Ad-Hoc editor. Now I have to change the color of the series, How can I do that in JasperReports Server. I am new at Jaspersoft please help me out. I am using JasperReports Server 5.5 30 day evaluation version. I dont want to make the date control as mandatary.I want to have a chart with default dates and we can change our chart by different selection in the date filters. Now I need to know how to set default values for parametrs. So that when the chart gets executed the filters would have default dates in them. Thanks for the help and support Morgan.

Hi Morgan, Thanks for the response and the input-controls are working perfectly. I have done it with your help, but just one problem when the chart executes in the server it comes as an empty report. After chossing the data from the control the chart poopulates, is there any way to give the controls a default value. Please help me with this and it will be perfect.

Hi Folks, I am facing problem creating parameters. I need to create one date Input-control which will be in relation like (from date - to date. ) I dont know how to create it's parameter from Jaspersoft studio. I mean for single select query or multi select quey we use $X(IN,Field,Parameter). So for this kind of input control(from date - to date) what kind of parameters we should use. Hi All, I am using HTML5 charts.I am using one dimension,one expression and one series. Ideally in legend, series should come alone,but in my case the Y axis value is also coming in the legend like(Series1,Yaxis Value Series2,Yaxis Value). I dont want that Y axis Value in the legend. Please tell me some way to eliminate that Y axis value in the legend. Thanks in advance...

Thanks Vadim for the response.It is working properly. I am facing a new problem in the legend. In the legend the Y axis name is coming in the legend with the series value.I dont want Y axis name in the legend how to remove the Y axis name from the legend, I just want the series name in the legnd.

Hi all, thanks for the support.Now I am able to create the hyperlink the parent chart is redirecting to the child chart, but at that time it is asking for a prompt value. Please tell me how to disable that prompt. so the value can go directly to the child report without asking for a input Please suggest me some way.

Thanks for the response. I am having problem with two of them the Hyperlinking and the parameters. One problem is this, I am creating parameters in studio and after uploading them in the server when I am executing the reprot it is showing as empty. Please help me out hozawa....

Hi all, I am new in Jaspersoft.I am having a tough time implementing drill-down for reports.If someone could share a tutorial or a video that would be very helpful. I have tried with the help of documents adding _reprot in hyperlink tab it is still not happening. Please suggest me some way to do it.
