Am getting an issue where drop down is not able to stay , its just vanishes in a sec. Not able to select any value. Any idea of suggestions? Is there any code which we can modify at jasper end

How can we change GET request to the source form XML_URL to post request. We might get a large xml from the source. I guess for that it will be good if we call source api with POST.

I am calling jasper server reports through IFrame from my webapp.I am using custom bean data source for filling reports.I have to send from date and to date parameter entered by user to jasperserver. how can i retrieve those in jasperserver. i want to use them as filtering purpose. Also these paramters are not present in JRXML file. How ca i send and retrive those in my custom bean code which i have written. Regards Manoj

Hi, Do you got the solution of your problem?. Also i have to do the same thing, i have jasper soft 5.0 running on jboss. I want to use custom bean data source which internally calls webservice to get the reports contents. How to configure new bean data sources in jasper server. What all configurations require for this? Any help is appecriated. Thanks in advance. -

Hi, I have added the jar in resource to the report in jasperserver. Also have created the jrxml in ireport having only two fields i.e name and age. While adding data sources i am getting connection failed. I have deployed jasperserver in jboss. Also addded that jar in lib of jboss. What may be the reason of getting connection failed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance -

Which classpath is this. Is it the classpath of JasperServer? I dodnt find Tools and those options in jasperserver page. Where exactly we should enter that jar.
