Report data values becoming NULL on Jasper server report

Hi, I have a simple report with a SQL query fetching a few rows that I am displaying on the report. When I look at the report on a browser using the Jasper server, some values start showing up as NULL. When I do a preview on the iReport designer these show up just fine. I have no input controls/parameters on the report. My version is 4.7.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sid
