Hi Daniel, The demo user account is not required in order to login to the Jaspersoft platform. However, the default anonymous user is required and it enables pre-authentication access to the login page. Please make sure that: Default anonymous user exists ROLE_ANONYMOUS and ROLE_USER,ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR exist Once confirmed, please restart the server and reach out to us if the issue persist.
