    Creating a dashboard(pie chart,Bar charts) in Jasperreports server 4.7 community version.

    Hi,

    We have developed a plugin which can work on top of Jaspersoft, known as "Helical Dashboard Insight" using that we can achieve this functionality.

    Using this we can
    - can have dashboard feature in Jaspersoft community edition
    - can create any new input parameter, thus not limited to the ones provided by Jaspersoft
    - add new HTML, thus controlling color size text font and entire look and feel
    - ability to use bootstap themes
    - real time charting possible
    - add javascript, hence can make BI visualizations very interactive
    - add new resources
    - ability to have intra panel communication inside a dashboard
    - selectively apply input parameters
    - adding new javascripting charts now a cakewalk

    Yes, using our plugin we can design dashboards in jaspersoft community version.

    Heat Map in Jaspersoft

    Hi,

    There are several methods of integrating D3 charts inside jaspersoft like using iframe, using webservices etc. We have sucesfully integrated serveral D3 charts inside Jaspersoft using webservices (like sankey chart, chord diagram, calendar view chart, heat map, skill chart etc).     Healthcare is one sector where BI software are being increasingly used. Not only hospitals, but associated companies are also using BI like healthcare supply chain providers, pharma, healthcare insurance, healthcare IT companies etc.

    In the case studies which you will find, you will never get in depth information since its often companies proprietary information or copyright as well. So in case studies you will generally find generic information only.

    Hi Ramandeep,

    The feature you are talking about is not availaible in the free version. For that, you will have to either go for paid version i.e. purchase professional version or enterprise version. You can also go for AWS version.

    If you want completely free, then some workarounds are also there like using developing a saiku plugin and using it in jaspersoft. Or using Pentaho with saiku analytics.
