  4. After about one year the jasperserver 6.0.1 still does not support tomcat 8:( do you know when the new version will be available? Thank you.
  5. Hello, I'm using JasperServer v6.0.1 on Tomcat 7.0.59 JDK 1.7. For report generation the REST v2 interface is used according to interface description http://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/jasperreports-server-web-services-guide/v56/running-report My requirment is to generate about 100 PDF reports which contains one Custom Visualization Component (http://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/custom-visualization-component-v60x) generated by PhantomJS. For report generation one JR session is used, when about 50 reports have been generated JVM reports exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap spac JVM memory configuration -Xms1024m -Xmx2500m -XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512M -Xss1024k I don't know how to solve this problem. Do you have any idea? Is it possoble to clear the report cache? Thank you.
  6. Dear community, I got question about report properties. I have Jasperreport server integrated with my app using IFrame integration. One of my requirement is to add to PDF metadata some information from the system about login user ect. I know that there is a special properties for this purpose: net.sf.jasperreports.export.pdf.metadata.titlenet.sf.jasperreports.export.pdf.metadata.authorI can set the properties in static way but I could not find way to set it via parameter or field. There is no any way to configure it as URL server parameters. Do you have any idea how to configure it dynamically. Or meybe there is other way to put the metadata to exported PDF. Thank you for help!
  7. Dear Community, First of all sorry for my previous post text formatting. I found solution -I had to add to report Input Controls (Edit report ->Controls & Resources) now the URL parameters are passed to the report. Best Regards
  8. Hello, I'm using jasperserver community version 5.6. I'm using XML remote service as a data source. If the XML URL path has been configured in the jasper everything is working without problem Unfortunately I have to pass parameter to XML remote service so i decided to add this parameter to the report $P{reportID} hardcoded: XML_URL=http:/localhost:8080/restservice/xmlreport?id=100 and with parameter "XML_URL=http:/localhost:8080/restservice/xmlreport?id="+$P{reportID} now the question is how to pass this parameter to jasperserver. I tried to add this one to the report URL : http://localhost:8080/jasperserver/flow.html?_flowId=viewReportFlow&standAlone=true&_flowId=viewReportFlow&ParentFolderUri=%2Freports%2FFM&reportUnit=%2Freports%2FFM%2FCompaniesReport?reportID=100 but it does not work. Do you have any other solution. all posible configuration for reportID param in the ireport did not help. Thank you for help.
  9.
