Hello, I have jasperanalysis workbench 3.5.4 as well as jasperanalysis workbench 4.0. I was able to work on these until couple of days back from now but all of sudden i am not able to open the workbench at all. I am getting the following .cmd screen and getting a blank screen on the workbench interface. Please help me out with this as i am not able to carry out my further task at all. I am getting this error in the jaspersoft workbench after running the schema.. this is happening only when i add sql query in the filter section 'Test Mondrian connection could not be done for- New Schema1 Mondrian Error:Internal error: while parsing catalog file..............................testSchema.xml' Please help me with this as i am stuck for a long time Regards, Kinjal

Is it possible in a view to add filters like a specific date or any other range so that i can filter the data accordingly? i worked with the jasper schema workbench i dont know what to add in the CDATA field in filters.

hey i solved it... i was supposed to give a execute access to the supporting files like the data source, xml file, connection file as well..

I as a administrator has created a user_test and a role_test. I have granted it a role_test as well as a role_user to the user_test. I also right clicked on the specific folder i want to make visible to the user the permissions that are supposed to be given. On logging in from the user account i am able to see the folder also the olap view files but on clicking on the olap views it says " Please contact your system administrator or log in as a user with permission." Access denied. Am i supposed to do some changes in the mdx query or the schema?.. please help me with this
