Is it possible to use a strored procedure as the source for a domain and Ad Hoc report? If so, is there an example of how to go about this? I don't see stored procedures listed in the object browser after selecting the schema to use however, I recall hearing Mr. Park refer to using a stored procedure in the Jaspersoft Teck Talks Episode 2.

Using iReport 4.2.1 and trying to alternate the background color for odd/even groups. I've found how to alternate odd/even detail records and can get that to work with no problem. What I need however is for the group header and all detail records to "shade" for alternating groups. In other words, the first group header would have a white background along with all details under it. The next group header would have a grey background along with all details under it. Can anyone help with this? TIA
