    Hi, Currently I am using Jasper ETL to load data into MS Access DB.. But depending on target environment, it may have to go into MS Sql server or Oracle... Rather than creating another copy of same ETL job.. one of each flavour of database... Can i use same ETL job to switch between databases to load into respective one... may be depending on passed parameter? Many Thanks, Manoj
