Hi , Aftre running two three reports , the web app becoming very slow. i increased heap size to 2GB, still the problem very slow. How to stop caching report output? Thanks, Suman

Try the URL in your browser first. if it is working fine with the user id and password , it should work fine in I report . please write back at : su.man@aol.com if u still have any queries.

How to concatenate a word or two to the category labels?

Your question is not clear. If you need to add tow fields from data base , just add like -- F1{blabla} + F2{blabla}. If you want to add static text with DB fields just add like -- "blabla" + F1{vlabla}. Please post your question , if you need other than this. -
Hi Every one, I am using REST_V2 of Jasper 5.0, When i ran a report it is running fine. But after running several reports my server becoming very slow and in server log it's printing "Out of Heap Memory". My initial investigation on this issue is "All the report outputs are heaping in server " . Now my requirement is i have to stop heaping in memory at server side.Otherwise we have to drop jasperserver and move to cognos. I don't want to loose my work done in jasper. please help me. It's very urgent, Suman

HI, I am also facing same problem, when i provide the URL with format http://*****/reportName.jrprint?***** . in web services it is not working , but it is working for PDF,*** all formats. Thanks for your help, Suman -
Hi Every one, I am very new to web services and Jasper Server, I need some step by step procedure to run my report can any one helps me. What i have : A running Jasper Server, i can run reports here(general way). Now i have another application where i need to call these run report and execuet the report and get report back to my application. Thanks Suman
