I need to pass same JRBeanCollectionDataSource to main and subreport My JRBeanCollectionDataSource have 4 fields.i need to place 2 fields in main and other 2 fields in subreport Please sive suggetions to do this pdf generation

Able to generate pdf.I took 8 datasets and display data in column header. But tha problem is ,i need to display 15 employess for page.means performance range is 4 to 5 and rank is A has 30 employees,display in 2 pages. i dont know how to control dataset size. So now iam trying to send list by using JRBeanCollectionDataSource(),i have 8 fields from list. /sites/default/files/files/jrxml.zip

Hi All Iam new to jasper report. iam using passing list through JRBeanCollectionDataSource() ename and sal in Deatail brand 1 empno and dept in detail brand 2 I have four fields and need to display data below format ename1 sal1 ename2 sal2 ename3 sal3 empno1 dep1 empno2 dep2 empno3 dep3 iam trying to add other detail brand.But all the records over lap each other in below format ename1 empno1 ename2 empno2 Please give solution Thanks

Hi All Iam new to Jasper report.iam displaying 8 datasets in column footer. My Target is based on datasets size,display 15 record per page.If dataset size is 50,need to display in 4 pages. Hi Iam export pdf from my java web application.In jasper iam displaying data by using 4 lists. I need to send dynamic sql query from my java application to Datasets in jasper report. whole query i need to send.able to send to main report as parameter.But not able to Datasets Thanks for your Reply
