Hii ..thanks alot for the quick response....i am doing the same thing as told by u ..bt still i am getting Null as the returned value ....i am using iReport4.5.0 -
Hiii ....i am trying to return a few variables from my subreport to master report ...but its only returning NULL ...how to do it ....can somebody help me out .....

Date component not working while using with the subreport

Hiii, i am using the date component in my master report ..but its not working when i am creating a subreport in my master report ...can any one explain the reason .... -
hiii ..while uploading a file(containg a subreport) to jasper server i am getting a Error NULL message ....i am not getting it ...can somebody explain the cause of it ....

hiii ..tried to run the pdf encrypt sample given in jasperreports4.5.0 ..but it was generating the simple pdf with out encryption...it was not asking for the password also....can some one help me out .....
