Found the problem, The detail band height must be smaller. Solved!

Hi, I'm Creating a report that prints a label with the size 2,8X1 Inches, but im getting the error: "The detail section, the page and column headers and footers and the margins do not fit the page height." There is any configuration to avoid this error? Ty.

hi, I'm geting a exception when running a simple store procedure from a mssql database. I set the llanguage to plsql, and inserted the procedure: "teste $p{DateIni},$p{DateEnd}" without the quotes. I'm getting: The statement did not return a resultset! every thing is ok if i run a simple select query. Any special configuration that i need to do in iReport or in SQL Server? Ty.

Hi, I build a report in ireport's with a connection to a Informix database. It uses a JDBC connection with ifxdriver, and it work's perfectly. The problem is when it was publish in the jasperserver. It always give the error "An error occurred while creating the connection. Try again." The datasource is perfectly working, giving connection passed. I tried several solution without success, i Test the driver with a jsp page (Works), disabling firewall, building a test report, and so many other. Any way i can debug the problem? or any special feature for connection informix server? Ty.

I have the same problem. In fact if we add the role_users it allows to access, but it also get's access to some root features like jdbc, analysis, content files, input files. Isn't possible to create a role from scratch, with e.g. access only to root -> reports ? thanks.

I'm new in jasper but i think it would be simple to use crystal reports.
