Is there only way to do it is parse HTML from babylon?

I'm trying to make russian localization for JasperServer CE, and found that the work is partially done in http://jasperforge.org/jasperbabylon/ I want to supplement this by my translations, but I do not see a possibility to get bundles from the babylon. Actual translations is only visible through the web interface, and the files from http://jasperforge.org/jasperbabylon/download/, are dated 2009. How can I get the actual bundles from the Babylon database?
