It's in 'Summary-Properties' on iReport right side. Incase you don't see it, follow below instruction. Click on the summary block , go to 'Window'>'Properties'. 'Summarry-Properties' will appear on iReport right side. Hope this helps you...

I try to run below code in oracle and everything's fine.
