  1. I gained a little more insight to the problem by way of something I should've mentioned previously. The reported problems are happening only with the tomcat server bundled with Liferay 6.0. If I download tomcat standalone and install jasperserver to use that there are no problems. Thanks, Luke
  2. Sure. I've attached 2. The second is the loading screen that I'm talking about. It just goes on and on and on. The first is of some input controls (because they don't look right, missing labels and such). Maybe they can help diagnose it. Also, here's a line I get from my log when I click the cancel button on the loading screen. There are no other log messages. Again, maybe this will give some clue. 2011-08-25 20:38:11,750 WARN PageNotFound,http-8080-7:1077 - No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/jasperserver/viewReportCancel.html] in DispatcherServlet with name 'jasperserver' Thanks, Luke Post Edited by onlybygrace at 08/25/2011 20:44
  3. Thanks, I wasn't even thinking about the browsers. I just tried those. I cleared the browsers' cache, that didn't help. Then I deleted everything in the tomcat temp and work directories and restarted tomcat. That didn't work either. I've tried on 3 different browsers: Firefox 6, Chrome 13, and IE 7. None of them have worked. (Chrome handles the site pretty fast, IE is incredibly slow) Thanks for your help! Luke Post Edited by onlybygrace at 08/25/2011 20:14
  4. Hi, I've recently installed JasperServer 4.1.0 locally from the provided installer. I used my own installation of Tomcat 6.0 and MySQL 5.1. I did not install them with the installer. The server pages are up and running fine, but I can't view any reports. The server just freezes at the Loading screen. I installed all the sample reports and databases, as well as adding some of my own data sources and reports from iReport. But the jasper server interface won't load them. I can run all the sample reports and my reports in the repository just fine from iReports using the JasperServer plugin. The jasperserver log doesn't contain any information. Anybody have an idea? I've reinstalled JasperServer twice. Thanks, Luke
