  1. Sanda, Thanks, Appreciate your response, I have been trying to implement this code. Where does this code reside - is that in the Report Query tab? Thanks, Frank
  2. Hi Folks, I am going bonkers with this issue and unable to figure this out... The report output in preview is just fine but in pdf the text displayed is weird: For Example In pdf Adobe Reader the text displayed is: Column 1 Column 2 Line 1 Living on INSTITUTIO Line 2 Own N In Report Preview the text displayed is: (this is what I would expect in pdf as well) Column 1 Column 2 Line 1 Living on Own INSTITUTION Any suggestions? Thanks, Frank
  3. Oh no... Here is what was posted 2 days ago: Is it possible to change the query based on a parameter input? For example: At the prompmt when I enter 'Query A' the report's dataset(query) should use a Query A (SQL statement) If I enter Query B the report should use Query B SQL statement.. I don't want to create two reports as the layout and dataelements are the same, Any guidance will be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Frank
  4. Hi Matt, I was having similar issue with sorting month - if you use numbers as 01 for January then it will sort alright. I am still researching on this one - but if I think I will settle with numbers for now. For your other question, would you like to see total (as a column) at the end of each month? Thanks, Frank
  5. Hi All, I am having a issue with sorting the months properly across the column headers - this report is using crosstab and Oracle database. Using Oracle functions in SQL report query If I use to_char(Client_exit, 'MM') MonthSort) then it sorts the columns as 01, 02, 03 .... 12 If I use to_char(Client_exit, 'MON') Month) then it sorts the columns as Apr, Aug, Dec ... Sep (Sorthing alphabetically) The report display is something like this: Type Description 01 02 03 ..... 12 -----> Column Headers ExitA Exit A Desc 33 112 23 889 ------> Count ExitB Exit B Desc 12 11 222 33 and so on, Any workaround will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Frank
  6. Thanks a lot - that was the problem, works like a charm now. Frank
