Its not working i tried it main report as well subreports individually , but i cant achive the requirement , thanks for your help . postif you have any other suggestions too..

Hi , If you want to print NO DATA FOUND or some text while no data there in report generated means , There is an option in the i- reports inspector -- NO DATA .. right click on that and choose the option add band then place an static text over there with the content what ever you like to display in that and then you have to change the property of the report .. it ll be like when no data --- 4 optionds will be there in that choose NO DATA option , nothing more has to done and save the report and complie. Now when you complie the report and when there is no record for that mean .. it will display the NODATA section of your report . Regards, Aru

Hi All , I want to print 4 reports in single button press . so decided to create a main report with 4 sub reports , each report has to be printed in individual pages Im using a main report and 4 subreports . Main reports consistis od .. PAGE HEADER -- which consist of commom things for 4 reports like date and heading and DETAIL section consist of 4 subreports with page break inrtoduced between each subreport , except for the first subreport . When i pass the parameter , the reports which has data alone has to be printed .those which does not have data for parameter passed has to be ommiteed. for the condtioned is satisfied when the subreport 4 has data with it . when ever there is no data found for Report 4 , extra page is printed with header section alone for example .. im passing a value for which subreport 1 and sub report 2 alone value .. then 2 pages has to be printed , but for me its printing 3 page the 3rd page is printes with the header alone .
