Hello! I know that post one year old, but anyway I provide my solution. During instalation (JRS6.3.0 OS RedHat6.9) I have got the same error wher running setup under non root user. 1. Created user jasper useradd jasper 2. I have added user jasper into /etc/sudoers ## Administrative access for Jasper Server execution and supportjasper ALL=(ALL) ALL 3. Add user jasper to group rootusermod -aG root jasper 4. Before run instalation , I have removed dir /tmp/main At the end of instalation, is running something like that:/opt/jasperreports-server-cp-6.3.0/apache-ant/bin/ant import-minimal-ceand try to write something into /tmp/main. But permissions on this map was Owner - rwx, Group - r--, Other - ---. as result Permission denied

We had the same problem after migration to 6.2 CE. Our solution: In the folder jasperreports-server-cp-6.2.0/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver/optimized-scripts, in the plain.report.viewer.page.js and report.view.base.js was changed hh:mm:ss to HH:mm.ss And now its working fine
