  1. Hi, Its been quite long since I posted this topic, but I am sorry to say that the solution is still awaited. Please see my other post on pagination problem: http://jasperforge.org/plugins/espforum/view.php?group_id=83&forumid=101&topicid=78321 This is the second major issue, I am facing pertaining to the use of iReport (especially when output on Dot Matrix printer is desired). Regards Vishal
  2. Hi, In my last post : http://jasperforge.org/plugins/espforum/view.php?group_id=83&forumid=101&topicid=76148 I had requested for a solution on poblems related with the orientation of the reports, when paper height is set less than width. The solution for is still awaited for that. This post of mine is again related to the problems with use of iReport to have output on dot matrix printers: I am using iReport 3.0.0 to design our reports, and this problem is related with printing generated reports on dot matrix printers with use of continuous stationary. When I print a report even after setting a Page Break (using Edit – Insert Page Break) at the page footer, the dot matrix printer does not skip the page before starting the new page printing, that means it simply continues to print the matter on same page that should be coming on to the next page. Report dimensions are set exactly equal to the size of paper being used and "Ignore Pagination" is not checked under Report Properties. Please suggest a solution for the problems as soon as possible. Thanks and Regards Vishal
  3. I do face the same problem, and I am using iReport 3.0.0 and while printing the result is not as desired as printer does not skip the page before starting a new one!!!

  5. Hi, I am using iReport 3.0.0 to design my reports. The generated reports are all fine, but when it comes to printing there is a problem with orientation. I want to use a 15" width * 12" height paper for printing on a dot matrix printer, and I want the report to be printed in portrait orientation; but iReport automatically converts the orientation to landscape as soon as it accepts these dimension, when I try to change orientation to portrait, it simply swaps the dimensions i.e. it makes the width 12" and height 15"!!! Please suggest a solution as this is an urgent matter. Thanks and Regards Vishal
