Has anyone experienced performance issues when using Jasper Reports? Our company is in the process of converting DYL mainframe reports to a java-based solution. We are currently evaluating Jasper 3.6.1 but are running into significant performance issues. We have some reports that are running 4 times longer using Jasper compared to the DYL. The reports that we have converted so far are pretty basic using only a text output. The database that we are accessing is DB2 V8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
