  1. Thanks Kristen, But is it possible to user this putUser method with Talend or is there a way to know the INSERT and UPDATE commands used on jasperserver repository when creating users. Thanks again for your help, GerRod
  2. Hi, I would like to know if there is a way for create users directly on the jasperServer repository in jasper 3.7 entreprise edition. I mean for 1 or 2 users it's ok by doing it from the web portal, but if you want to create a hundred of users it could be useful to do directly in the jasper repository. I already monitored what happens in the repository when you create a user but there are lots of sql lines that are shown. Thanks for your help. Ger
  3. Hi all, First at all, thanks for all your contributions. I have an issue when I modify the applicationContext-search-pro.xml for remove or set a different default typeFilter. I did the modification as follows: Original: <property name="defaultType" value="typeFilter-visualizations"/> modified: <property name="defaultType" value="typeFilter-reports"/> And I suppress some of the menu items that means nothing to our final users as follows (that’s ok because developers work directly with ireports) Original: <list> <ref bean="${bean.search.typeAll}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.visualizationFilter}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.reportFilter}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.reportOutputFilter}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.viewFilter}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.dataSourceFilter}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.otherFilter}" /> </list> modified <list> <ref bean="${bean.search.typeAll}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.reportFilter}" /> <ref bean="${bean.search.dataSourceFilter}" / </list> When I restart the jasperserver (Tomcat/bin – Shutdown.sh et restart.sh) nothing happens. It seems as some kind of cache is active because this modifications doesn’t have any impact. When I test in my local environment (installed in windows XP) it works fine but when I do it in my server (installed in Ubuntu Server) it doesn’t. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance for your help. Ger
  4. Hi all, First thanks for all your contributions. I have just an issue with this when I modify the applicationContext-search-pro.xml as explained and I restart the jasperserver nothing happens. Furthermore it seems as some kind of cache is active because other modification like doesn’t work. (E.g. deleting some of the refine entries) When I test in my local environment (installed in windows XP) it works fine but when I do it in my server (installed in Ubuntu Server) it doesn’t. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance for your help. Ger
  5. Hi, I’m changing the schema port for my jasperserver Repository to another one,(port :3306 for the old one to 3308 for the new one). Could anyone tell me where to change this information in the configuration files in order to be sure that all will work fine. I already change the server.xml file and the js.jdbc.properties. Are there other files that need to be modified? Thanks in advance for your help.
